Sydney and Surrounds, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, Coffs Harbour, Port MacQuarie and Port Stephens
Sydney is accessible by air, rail and road
Day 1
Arrive into Sydney, a city ranked by the leading international travel magazine, Conde Nast Traveller as the number one destination for "it's spectacular harbour setting, friendliness and clean environment". Familiarise yourself with Sydney by taking an Explorer Bus. Hop on or off the bus at any of the 46 stops featuring: Sydney Opera House, the Rocks, Chinatown, Kings Cross and Darling Harbour. Other Explorer Buses travel through Double Bay, Vaucluse, Watsons Bay, Bondi Beach and Paddington. Many other attractions are accessible through Sydney's bus, ferry and train network. Admire a 360 degree view of the Sydney skyline from Centrepoint Tower. Experience one of the popular harbour cruises; catch a ferry with the locals, sail a Tall Ship or dance to a jazz band. Whilst on board, take in the sights of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the historic Fort Denison. Ride on the Monorail - visit the harbourside centre of Darling Harbour, and the nearby Sydney Aquarium, National Maritime Museum, Powerhouse Museum, Chinese Garden and Sydney Harbour Casino.
Day 2
There are many opportunities to rent a bicycle, wander along the harbourside walking tracks along the Sydney Harbour National park, or try your skill at sailing. See works of art inspired by 40,000 years of aboriginal culture, at Yiribana, an extensive exhibition of Australian art located at the Art Gallery of New South Wales. Shop till you drop at Sydney's popular shopping outlets of David Jones, the Strand Arcade, Queen Victoria Building, MLC Centre, Chifley Plaza and Pitt Street Mall featuring Mid-City Centre, Skygarden, Grace Bros and Centrepoint. Dine in one of Sydney's many celebrated restaurants and jazz clubs or dance the night away at a range of nightclubs in Darlinghurst.
Day 3
Catch a ferry or Jetcat from Sydney's Circular Quay to Manly. Take a leisurely stroll or hire a pair of rollerblades to explore the seaside esplanades of Manly and visit the interactive aquarium centre of Manly Oceanworld.
If you have extra time - travel aboard a Beach Explorer Bus to visit Sydney's northern beaches.
Blue Mountains
Accessible via coach tour, train or road
Day 1
On the way to the Blue Mountains visit Australia's Wildlife Park and Woolshed. Admire the spectacular views, sandstone chasms, waterfalls and walking tracks around Govetts Leap. Wentworth Falls, Echo Point and the famous rock formations of the "Three Sisters". Admire the views aboard the scenic Skyway cable car or enjoy the thrill aboard the funicular Scenic Railway. On the other hand, explore the grandeur of the Blue Mountains aboard a helicopter or 4 wheel drive tour.
Day 2
Enjoy all varieties of outdoor sports from horseriding, golf, hiking, rockclimbing, absailing and canyoning.

Day 3
Visit the towns and villages - browse through antique curio and craft shops, or relax at one of the cafes and devonshire tea house.
Garden lovers will love the Mount Tomah Botanical Gardens, Blue Mountains Rhododendron Garden at Blackheath and Mount Wilson.
Capture a bygone era aboard the Zig Zag Railway vintage train or visit the limestone caverns of the Jenolan Caves.
Hunter Valley Wine Growing Region
Accessible via coach tour, train or road
Day 1
Cross over the majestic Hawkesbury River. Tour the Lower Hunter wineries, Hunter Valley Cheese Factory and enjoy a gourmet meal at a variety of fine restaurants.
Day 2
Take a morning balloon flight over the Hunter Valley. Play a round of golf at one of the many golf courses dotting the area. Visit Farmers Market and the Polkobin Arts and Crafts Galley.
